Artist Participation & Ticket Sales Info

Campout Concert 2026 is FREE for artists to sign up, and EASY to apply.

We offer two distinct artist participation paths, with only one way to sign up. Each path has different requirements, benefits, and compensation structures. Artist selection, placement, set length, and participation type are determined at the sole discretion of Campout Concert Team

INDEPENDENT ARTIST SHOWCASE

  • Early-day festival performance

  • 1 or 2 song set

  • One free GA pass for the artist

  • No ticket selling required

  • No ticket profit share

  • VIP upgrade available (upper & lower VIP decks)

    The Independent Artist Showcase is a separate, early-day performance opportunity for independent artists.

Independent Artist Showcase performers are not eligible for ticket profit sharing, ticket-based set times, or ticket-related incentives.

Showcase Terms

  • Fixed performance slot (1 or 2 songs)

  • Performance fee applies

  • Includes one General Admission pass for the performing artist

  • No ticket sales requirement

  • No ticket commission or revenue share

  • Not listed on the main event flyer

Access & Credentials

  • VIP access is not included, but may be purchased separately

  • VIP access includes upper and lower VIP deck access

  • VIP access does not include artist VIP or backstage access with headlining performers

  • Artist access is limited to scheduled performance times only

Any performance fees contribute to stage production, professional sound engineering, and event staffing.

OFFICIAL LINEUP ARTIST

  • Artist Ticket Profit Share Program (50/50)

  • Set time based on tickets sold

  • Up to 50-minute sets

  • Flyer placement & featured promotion

Artists selected for the official Campout Concert 2026 lineup are eligible for the 50/50 ticket profit share program.

Ticket Tiers

  • Green Pass (GA): $20

  • Purple Pass (GA + Camping): $30

  • Gold VIP Pass: $50

Profit Share Terms (Official Lineup Only)

  • Official lineup artists receive unique digital ticket link with codes easy for ticket tracking

  • Ticket revenue is split 50% artist / 50% event host

  • Artists are paid on tickets they sell

  • Payouts are issued after the event once all ticket sales are finalized

Set Time Allocation (Official Lineup Only)

Set length for official lineup artists is determined by the total number of tickets sold by that artist, according to the following scale:

  • 5 tickets = 5 minutes

  • 10 tickets = 10 minutes

  • 15 tickets = 15 minutes

  • 20 tickets = 20 minutes

  • up to 50 minutes

Set times are scheduled at the discretion of the event team and subject to overall event flow and time constraints.

Participation in the profit share program and ticket-based set times is limited exclusively to official lineup artists.
